1. Introduction
Jupho ("we", "us", or "our") operates an AI-powered media buying platform for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, connect your Meta ad account, or use our services at jupho.com and app.jupho.com.
By using Jupho, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication details through our identity provider, Clerk. We do not store your password directly.
Meta advertising data. When you connect your Meta Ads account, we access advertising data authorized by you, including ad account IDs, campaign names, ad sets, ads, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, and related performance metrics via the Meta Marketing API.
Workspace and usage data. We collect workspace settings, AI recommendations you view or act on, automation rules, audit logs, and product usage events needed to operate and improve the platform.
Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive payment status, transaction references, and billing metadata. We do not store full card numbers or CVV on our servers.
Technical data. We automatically collect device type, browser, IP address, log data, and cookies or similar technologies required for security, session management, and analytics.
